Man Ahyaha NGO is looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Business Development Senior Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our mission of strengthening community schools and enhancing educational opportunities for disadvantaged children.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporate entities, donors, and potential funders to secure financial support for our education programs.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the organization’s funding goals.
- Research and apply for grants and funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other sources.
- Prepare and submit compelling grant proposals and reports.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors and supporters.
- Network with potential donors, community leaders, and stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote our organization’s work and attract donors.
- Organize and attend events to raise awareness about our programs and mission.
- Analyze financial and performance data to measure the impact of our programs and provide reports to donors and stakeholders.
