As a Communication Senior Specialist for Man Ahyaha, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mission, raising awareness, and fostering engagement. This position involves strategic communication planning, content creation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Communication:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify key messaging and ensure consistent communication across various channels.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and impactful content for diverse mediums, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with design teams for visually engaging materials.
Media Relations:
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets to amplify the organization’s presence.
- Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with organizational spokespersons.
Digital Presence:
- Manage and enhance the NGO’s online presence through website content, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital communication strategies.
Internal Communication:
- Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure all staff are well-informed about organizational activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and disseminate relevant information.
Advocacy and Campaigns:
- Lead communication efforts for advocacy initiatives and campaigns.

Event Management:

Qualifications:
