Overview:

As a Communication Senior Specialist for Man Ahyaha, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our mission, raising awareness, and fostering engagement. This position involves strategic communication planning, content creation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Communication:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify key messaging and ensure consistent communication across various channels.

 

  1. Content Creation:
  • Create compelling and impactful content for diverse mediums, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with design teams for visually engaging materials.

 

  1. Media Relations:
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets to amplify the organization’s presence.
  • Respond to media inquiries and coordinate interviews with organizational spokespersons.

 

  1. Digital Presence:
  • Manage and enhance the NGO’s online presence through website content, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital communication strategies.

 

  1. Internal Communication:
  • Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure all staff are well-informed about organizational activities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and disseminate relevant information.

 

  1. Advocacy and Campaigns:
  • Lead communication efforts for advocacy initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external partners to maximize impact.

 

  1. Event Management:
  • Plan and execute communication-related events, including conferences, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotional activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with issues related to education and social impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
