Teachers are at the center of any learning process. We hire our teachers exclusively from the communities we operate in and put them on a long learning journey to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver a top-notch educational experience to our students.\u00a0<\/p>

The Educators Academy program exists to empower educators with the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to deliver high quality education, boost their careers and reclaim control over their learning and personal growth.<\/p>

The academy not only serves Man Ahyaha\u2019s teachers, but also educators from numerous educational institutions to support them in gaining the needed knowledge, skills and attitudes to promote their student\u2019s learning.<\/p>

Man Ahyaha offers five main learning themes each delivered in multiple formats and durations to meet the needs and different learning styles of teachers.<\/p>

A New Outlook on Education<\/strong><\/h3>

A transformative and extensive teacher diploma delivered through a 3-year journey that delves deep into topics such as pedagogical theories and philosophies, child learning and development, communication and class-room management skills and strategies to support individual learning styles. The program is delivered over three levels, basic, intermediate, and advanced, each composed of 6-10 modules.<\/p><\/div>

Coaching for School Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>

This coaching diploma works with school leaders to equip them with coaching skills and know-how, certifying them as Teachers\u2019 Coach capable of providing on-going coaching and support to teachers and staff in their schools. The program is delivered over a 4-6 month period and is composed of three modules.<\/p>

Leadership for School Management<\/strong><\/h3>

This diploma is designed specifically for school management, and it includes two tracks one for management of private schools and the other for non-formal and community schools. The program covers all the necessary school management skills taking into consideration their specific nature, environment, resource limitations, and cultural context. The program is composed of two levels, basic and advanced, each composed of 3 modules, and the full program is delivered over one year.<\/p><\/div>

Subject-teacher Qualification Program<\/strong><\/h3>

This program offers pedagogical training on different subject areas such as Language, Maths, Science, Arts and Crafts, Drama and Theatre and Physical Education. Teachers select their specialization based on the subject of interest. Each program is delivered over one year.<\/p><\/div>

Social-emotional Wellness for Educators<\/strong><\/h3>

This program is designed specifically for teachers to take them on a journey of identifying and understanding their thoughts, feelings and stressors as well as equipping them with the tools for self-development and management to move towards their social and psychological wellbeing. The program includes three levels, basic, intermediate, and advanced and is delivered over three years.<\/p><\/div>

My school, My Health<\/strong><\/h3>

The Program aims to educate teachers on the most important health challenges faced by school children and enable them with the knowledge and skulls needed to plan and execute a health program, improve the school\u2019s overall health environment and build health awareness among the students to help them develop health and hygiene habits.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
